Privacy Policy for PayDayMobile Application

This privacy policy explains how the software application "PayDayMobile" collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, Please do not download or access the application.

The software application "PayDayMobile", created by TeleAccess Co., Ltd., is a software for mobile devices that is a part of "TelePay" subsystem running on database of an HR Program "PayDay".

This Privacy Policy does not cover or enforce the policy maintained by your organization in which this application exchanges information to the organization's own server.

To view Privacy Policy covering the use of this software as a whole, users must also check out privacy policy issued by own's organization in which this application connects and exchanges information with. This will usually be issued by Human Resource department or Information Technology System department of your organization. An organization installing our server part of this application is required to have Privacy Policy readily available to users at any time.

 

Software Architecture

To understand the scope of our responsibility, it is important to understand the architecture of the software application. The software application "PayDayMobile", created by TeleAccess Company Limited, is uploaded to public spaces to provide easy access for users to download. A user using this application, is an employee working within an organization. When use, the software connects and exchanges information to and from a server in the organization in which the user is employed. We, at TeleAccess Company Limited, do not receive nor maintain information exchanged between users and their organizations.

This Privacy Policy uses the term "we" to represents TeleAccess Company Limited. Whereas the term "the company" or "your organization" represents an organization in which a user works and connects the application to the server maintained within the organization.

 

Collection of Your Information

The application and the company may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information collected includes:

Geo-Location Information 

The application may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the application, to provide location-based services.

You may deny the application permission to access location when asked, or do so in your device's settings. In such case, the main feature which allows a user to Clock-In/Out with Geo-fencing will be disable, leaving only an ability to Clock-In/Out with BarCode.

It is also important to note that the application does not access your location when not in use. Your location information is sent to the server only when the software is activated and upon clicking "Check In/Out" button.

Although we, at TeleAccess Company Limited, does not receive such information, your location information may be sent (if clock-in/out using geo-fencing) to your organization and is stored in a server maintained by your organization. However, it should be noted that the information sent is a location at the moment you click "Check In/Out" button only. The application does not keep track of your whereabout when not using the software.

Mobile Device Access 

The application may request access or permissions to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's camera, sensors, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings. However, the application may not run properly as intented.

The application requires permission to use your device's camera to 1) read bar code for initial application setup. 2) read bar code for Bar Code Check In.

The application requires permission to access your device's biomatric sensor to provide easy log-in. This is done through your device's operating system. The application does not access your biomatric data.

The application may vibrate your phone when in used to alert you when crossing geo-fencing boundary.

The application requires permission to access your device's storage to store information about your log-in ID and password, and the server it connects.

Mobile Device Data 

The application read device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, to compose a unique id to identify to server.

The application read version of your operating system, to check the availabilities of certain features of the application.

 

Data Retention Policy, and Security

As the application transfer information to and from your organization's server, the data retention and the confidentiality of your information is controlled and protected by your organization. We, TeleAccess company limited, does not receive nor collect any information you provide when using the application.

 

Policy for Children

The Application is intented to be used by employees in organizations, mainly in Thailand. In most countries, the scope of normal employees implies exclusion of children. In Thailand, specifically, the law prohibits hiring minor of age under 15. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child is using the application using their employees' information without their consent, he or she should contact his or her organization for proper action.

 

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
